2. Search for Form Builder

1. In your epages admin, click on Content.
2. Click on Pages and select the page where Pack will be installed.Paste Code
1. Click on Content elements.
2. Drag and drop a text element onto the page.
3. Paste the code provided on Step 1 into the recently added text element. Note: Pack will not be visible while viewing the editor. See next step.View Shop
