Get More from Your Data with POWr and Zapier!

Repetitive, manual tasks are a pain, right? Personally, I recently set up an RSVP form for a party and had no easy way of seeing or exporting my responses in real time. Sure, I could login to a dashboard and export a CSV, but that’s already 2 steps right there. Not to mention the fact that I had to export a new CSV every time I wanted an up-to-date list of RSVPs and then I had to manually contact each person with more info or transfer their form submission data to where I needed it.

At POWr we love to automate wherever possible to cut out manual tasks. We’re huge fans of Github notifications in Slack, using IFTTT, automated lunch delivery with Forkable...the list goes on. We found out that a lot of our users feel the same, and we’ve heard you! Having greater automation options and being able to action your form data is super important, so we’ve now made it possible thanks to our latest integration with Zapier!

If you haven’t already heard of Zapier, it’s a tool that allows you to connect your favorite apps to automate tasks, without needing any coding or web developers. That’s why we love it here at POWr, because we built our plugins with the same principles in mind. This integration is really exciting because there’s almost no end to the things you can do with your POWr forms and it saves you time so you can focus on the more important task: how to action your form data. It all works with what’s called a Zap (which is basically an automation between two apps). You can either create your own, or use an existing Zap.

So, how does it work? The easiest way is to create your POWr Form Builder form. You’ll find the existing Zaps directly within the POWr Editor, so simply choose the Zap you need:
