Have the popup appear right at the top of the page, instead of the middle of the page

I'm trying to install your popup on my website but rather than showing up on the top of my landing page, customers will have to scroll halfway down the website to view the popup. Can it be changed so it will show up on the top of the landing page rather than having to scroll halfway down the page to view it?
