Ability to block dates in the calendar with Form Builder

One of the fields on the form is a calendar where I ask for the date and time the cake is needed. I wanted to know if I could edit the calendar so that the first 7 days are blocked so that the person completing the form cannot select it. I ask for 7 days notice, so I would like the reflected on the calendar aspect of the form so it can't be selected.
