Text Messages (SMS) from Forms are not being sent to my phone

I'm not receiving text messages after my forms are submitted. What's going on?

Setup your Text Message Alerts:

  1. Enter your phone carrier
  2. Enter your phone number (xxx-xxx-xxxx)
  3. Hit the Send test SMS message button.

If your carrier is supported, you should receive a confirmation message in a few minutes.

Didn't Receive a Message?

Text Message Alerts are a new feature and not all carriers are supported. Please submit your carrier and phone number here to report the issue to POWr.
